Subject: [PATCH] Always prefer `<nuxt-link>` over `<a>`

@ogerly, if we link into another page of our application, we should
always use `nuxt-link`. It is a feature of NuxtJs and it does
prefetching, among other things. So it improves the performance of
our site!
