roschaefer 9241305d43 fix: Prever FileReader over URL.createObjectUrl 
Apparently, URL.createObjectUrl is not supported in JSDom, see:
https://github.com/jsdom/jsdom/issues/1721

With FileReader we have the option to avoid it altogether.
