6efd2fa345 Fix: Cypress Neo4j authentication without Docker 
- It's a bit of a pain to need to run Docker just to run the cypress
tests, and while it would be nice to use the same .env, we have an issue
with relative paths, dotenv, and cypress playing nice together.

178143dfb7 refactor(modules): Various import fixes 
* DRY schema stitching code
* Use same `.env` configuration file for cypress tests

That last part I couldn't improve a lot. I thought it might be possible
with cypress to import all files from a folder. But since it must be
browser compatible and our backend is not using webpack or anything,
it remains a goal unreached.

4fdcbc78aa fix: cypress breaks locally in login step (#2776) 
- We do not need to simulate a user closing the toaster, as this is not
that common of a user interaction, fails intermittently locally, and
costs unnecessary build time

84780013f4 Fix cypress tests/start refactor search story 
- Cannot use data-test in cypress tests as we use production image and
data-test are removed to minimize the image. Select based on styleguide
input's class

- Story is still not working because of filter dateTime and
$i18n.locale(), we can fix this later.

fc567b9d84 Remove Content.feature 
- Muting a user means I cannot see their content, they can still see
mine
- Even for blocking, we want a blocked user to be able to see the
content just not interact with it.

c297b83f87 Convert block/unblock to blacklist/whitelist 
- at the moment, we have implemented blocked like we want the
blacklist/whitelistUserContent to be, with the exception that is should
not be both ways. If I blacklist a user's content, they still see my
content in their news feed.

08f4d5f0d7 Changed comments to be four times as long (was 300, now 1200 characters) before they are hidden behind show more. Added two tests, one to make sure comments of length > 300 but < 1200 are fully visible, and another to check that comments > 1200 characters are hidden. 2019-12-06 14:52:24 -05:00

Since `dotenv` in the backend now loads configuration from a file
relative to the current file, we don't have to duplicate the neo4j
configuration settings here.
