Subscribe to notifications/remove polling
...
- We want to publish when a notification occurs for a specific user, not
have the client poll the backend for ever user every minute.

Changed comments to be four times as long (was 300, now 1200 characters) before they are hidden behind show more. Added two tests, one to make sure comments of length > 300 but < 1200 are fully visible, and another to check that comments > 1200 characters are hidden.

- extract valuesReasonCategoryOptions to global constant
- extract reasonCategoryOptions to created lifecycle hook to keep data()
clean and use map
- extract formSchema to components/utils and test
- remove validator from formSchema and validate based on "Deep Rules" https://github.com/yiminghe/async-validator#deep-rules
- Use v-model to update reasonCategory and reasonDescription
- default to error message in English from backend
- Update template slot to use new syntax
