|

### Try
|
|
|
|
…laying a couple of Taste the Difference wild Alaskan salmon fillets on a
|
|
piece of baking parchment. Season with salt and pepper, and scatter with 1/2
|
|
teaspoon fennel seeds.
|
|
|
|
Place some Taste the Difference Vittoria tomatoes on top of the salmon.
|
|
|
|
Roll up the sides of the paper and pour in 120ml Sainsbury's House Dry White,
|
|
then enclose the salmon fully in the paper and steam in a preheated oven at
|
|
200°C, fan 180°C, gas 6 for 20-25 minutes, for a light and easy meal.
|
|
