Laurent Gbagbo, the former president has refused to relinquish power since
losing to Alassane Outtara in UN certified elections in November.
Outtara's Prime Minister Guillame Soro said: "Gbabo lost the elections, it's
Alassane who won. Presidents come and go, but the army remains."
Outtara's supporters have made large advances in the past four days, taking
the cocoa port of San Pedro and marching on the country's largest city
Abidjan.
