Zunächst den Vorteig zubereiten:
|
||||
Etwas Mehl mit zerbröselter Hefe, 2 TL Zucker und etwas Milch verrühren, zugedeckt warmgestellt ca. 45 min. gehen lassen. Nun das restliche Mehl und die restliche Milch und Zucker, warmer Butter, Zitronenschale, Gewürzen und Salz vermengen und kräftig verrühren. Abgebrühte und getrocknete Rosinen, Zitronat, Orangeat und Mandeln hinein kneten. Den Teig zu einem Ballen formen und wiederum ca. 45 min. Gehen lassen. Danach nochmals kräftig durchkneten, zum Stollen formen und ein letztes Mal 30 min. gehen lassen. Auf einem gefetteten Backblech bei 200°C ca. 80 min. backen.

Noch heiß mit zerlassener Butter bepinseln und mit einer Mischung aus Puderzucker und Vanillezucker bestreuen.
|
||||
Mindestens 2 Wochen stehen lassen.

Student : Sir, you can have lots of heat, even more heat, superheat, mega heat, white heat, a little heat or no heat. But we don’t have anything called cold. We can hit 458 degrees below zero which is no heat, but we can’t go any further after that. There is no such thing as cold. Cold is only a word we use to describe the absence of heat. We cannot measure cold. Heat is energy. Cold is not the opposite of heat, sir, just the absence of it.

Student : What about darkness, Professor? Is there such a thing as darkness?

Professor: Yes. What is night if there isn’t darkness?

Student : You’re wrong again, sir. Darkness is the absence of something. You can have low light, normal light, bright light, flashing light. But if you have no light constantly, you have nothing and its called darkness, isn’t it? In reality, darkness isn’t. If it is, well you would be able to make darkness darker, wouldn’t you?

Professor: So what is the point you are making, young man ?

Student : Sir, my point is your philosophical premise is flawed.

Professor: Flawed ? Can you explain how?

Student : Sir, you are working on the premise of duality. You argue there is life and then there is death, a good GOD and a bad GOD. You are viewing the concept of GOD as something finite, something we can measure. Sir, Science can’t even explain a thought. It uses electricity and magnetism, but has never seen, much less fully understood either one. To view death as the opposite of life is to be ignorant of the fact that death cannot exist as a substantive thing.

(The Professor shook his head with a smile, beginning to realize where the argument was going.)

Student : Since no one has ever observed the process of evolution at work and cannot even prove that this process is an on-going endeavor. Are you not teaching your opinion, sir? Are you not a scientist but a preacher?

(The class was in uproar.)

Student : Is there anyone in the class who has ever seen the Professor’s brain?
|
||||
|
||||
(The class broke out into laughter. )

||||

||||
Student : Is there anyone here who has ever heard the Professor’s brain, felt it, touched or smelt it? No one appears to have done so. So, according to the established Rules of Empirical, Stable, Demonstrable Protocol, Science says that you have no brain, sir. With all due respect, sir, how do we then trust your lectures, sir?

# Kulturflatrate
|
||||
|
||||
Ein übertragen von Rechten an einem digital vervielfältigbaren Kunstwerk
|
||||
(Musik/Bild/Video) ist nicht gestattet. Das Recht an dem Kunstwerk muss
|
||||
beim Künstler liegen, da sonst nicht die Kreativen von der Kulturflatrate
|
||||
profitieren, sondern diejenigen, die genügend Kapital besitzen um sich
|
||||
erfolgreiche Kunstwerke zu kaufen(siehe heutige Musikindustrie).
|
||||
|
||||
Das heutige Modell des Urheberrechts sieht eine Verjährung des Rechts an
|
||||
dem Kunstwerk nach 70 Jahren nach dem Tod des Künstlers. Dafür wird
|
||||
argumentiert, dass die Nachfahren des Künstlers von ihrem Vorfahren,
|
||||
dem Künstler, immer noch an dessen Werken verdienen sollten dürfen.
|
||||
|
||||
Ich denke allerdings, dass die Realität doch anders aussieht, da
|
||||
Rechteinhaber meist keine natürlichen Personen mehr sind, sondern
|
||||
Unternehmer und der Gewinn, den Nachfahren von Künstlern verdienen
|
||||
doch eher gering ist im Vergleich mit dem Gewinn das ein solches
|
||||
Unternehmen macht.
|
||||
|
||||
Generell ist es sinnvoll über eine Veränderung des Leistungsschutzrechts
|
||||
(Urheberschutzrecht) dahingehend nachzudenken, das Schutzrecht nicht mehr
|
||||
an eine Jahreszahl zu binden, sondern an einen Geldbetrag, den das
|
||||
Kunstwerk erwirtschaften soll, bevor dessen Rechte (bzw das Recht auf
|
||||
frei verwendung) an dem Kunstwerk an die Öffentlichkeit übergeht.
|
||||
|
||||
Ein Beispiel:
|
||||
Die weltberühmte Band "ADAC" nimmt in ihrer Hinterhofbooth einen
|
||||
Track auf und veröffentlicht diesem im Internet (vorrausgesetzt wir
|
||||
hätten eine allgemein anerkannte platform um z.b. die "klicks" des
|
||||
tracks auf mit der Kulturflatrate zu verrechnen). Nun wird nach einer
|
||||
noch genauer zu definierenden Metrik eine zu erwirtschaftende Summe
|
||||
ermittelt, die der Song maximal erwirtschaften darf, bis er in öffentliche
|
||||
hand geht(vergütungsfrei benutzung für jederman). Nehmen wir eine Summe von
|
||||
4000 euro an. Klickt nun jemand auf den Song wird dieser klick direkt auf
|
||||
einen Geldwert umgerechnet(bsp: 8Milliarden Menschen zahlen 10euro pro monat,
|
||||
in diesem Monat werden 80Milliarden Klicks über die Flatrate vergütet, jeder
|
||||
Klick würde dann einem euro entspechen). Hat der Track nun 4000 euro
|
||||
erwirtschaftet (selbstverständlich macht es sinn flexiblere vergütungsregeln
|
||||
zu definieren, die sich z.b. an dem erfolg eines Werkes misst) ist er frei nutzbar.
|
||||
Ich denke durch techniche möglichkeiten ist es möglich z.b. zu erkennen, wenn der
|
||||
besagte Track von einem andren Künstler wiederverwendet wird(remix). Dadurch
|
||||
eröffnen sich ganz neue Möglichkeiten diese Vergütungsmethoden auch auf
|
||||
"nachamende" Kunstwerke, sprich solche, die andere Kunstwerke weiterverwenden um
|
||||
ein neues zu kreieren, zu übertragen. Bsp: Dj Axel remixt das Lied von der
|
||||
Band "ADAC" und erreicht damit eine große Menge an Zuhöreren
|
||||
(viele Klicks), dann könnte das eingenommene Geld zu diesem Track z.b. zu 30%
|
||||
an unsere Band fließen, da eine Maschine festgestellt hat, dass ihr Track verwendet
|
||||
wurde.
|
||||
|
||||
# Vertrauen in den Markt & die Ehre des Geldes & Geld - Krieg
|
||||
|
||||
Wenn es um Kredite und Anleihen etc geht spricht man immer vom Vetrauen in den Markt
|
||||
bzw Vetrauen zu der Bank(Kreditwürdigkeit). Aber das heißt ja nichts anderes, als dass
|
||||
man "vertrauen" muss, dass zb. die Bank nicht betrügt(zB. durch Bilanzfälchung).
|
||||
Ich denke der fundamentale Fehler bei Geld ist, dass es kein Ehrenkodex für den Handel mit
|
||||
Geld gibt. Während sich in vielen anderen Disziplinen zB. Sportarten Regeln durchgesetzt
|
||||
haben(Fußball: gleichviele Feldspieler). Diese Regeln wurden eingeführt um die Teilnehmer
|
||||
objektiv bewerten zu können.
|
||||
Geld dagegen verhält sich in dieser Hinsicht wie Krieg bzw der Kampf. Dort geht es nur um
|
||||
MEIN Überleben. Es gelten keine Regeln; nur der Tod.
|
||||
Folglich ist Geld(neben seinen Vorzügen in Handel) eine gute Entität um Krieg/Kampf zu ersetzen
|
||||
(und tut das auch - wie viel höher ist die Vermehrungsrate von Menschen mit hohem Einkommen vs.
|
||||
diese mit wenig Einkommen?; Wie alt werden reiche Menschen vs. Wie alt werden arme Menschen?)!?
|
||||
|
||||
Ich denke, da das ganze Finanzwesen auf mathematischen Grundsätzen basiert, ist es realistisch
|
||||
anzunehmen man kann ein "Kodex"/"Regelwerk" konstruieren, welches den Umgang mit Geld
|
||||
regelt/reguliert/beschränkt/validiert.
|
||||
Ein Verstoß gegen diese Regeln würden einen Ausschluss aus dem Markt bedeuten.
|
||||
ZZ. werden diese Regeln immer in den einzelnen Ländern festgelegt(und ggf. kontrolliert).
|
||||
Dies führt dazu, dass große Unternehmen, welche international agieren sich aussuchen können welche
|
||||
Regeln ihnen am besten gefallen (Schweiz/Caymond).
|
||||
Ich denke ein verbindliches Regelwerk(am besten computervalidiert - nur Handel, welche den Regeln
|
||||
genügt, wird zugelassen) könnte den Handel mit Geld so gestalten, dass jeder
|
||||
1. "Überleben" kann (Mindestlohn, rente, soziale absicherung)
|
||||
2. Aufsteigen kann (freie Bildung, freie Jobwahl....)
