Events
Creating an event
1. Create a new event
- On the posts page or on your profile page click the
+button to launch the post editor. - In the submenu choose
Event.
2. Add a featured post image (optional)
Same procedure as with posts.
3. Add an event title
Same procedure as with posts.
4. Add the main content
Same procedure as with posts. Additionally, you can add the start and end time, the venue and city, plus you can indicate whether it's an online event. Date and time appear in the local time of the respective reader.
Editing an event
You can only edit your own events.
- On the post overview or on the event itself click the three dots and select
Edit post. - Edit the event.
- Click
Save.
Deleting an event
You can only delete your own events.
On the post overview or on the event itself click the three dots and select Delete post.
Filtering events
On the post overview page you can filter posts by:
- posts and/or events
- the users you follow
- your groups
- category *1
- all / not ended posts
Click the filter button below the top bar (up to version 2.3.0: next to the search bar) and click the respective option.
You can save your filter by clicking the Save button.
As of version 2.4.0: If you filter events by categories *1, the respective category icons are highlighted in the post preview.
Sorting events
On the post overview page you can sort events by:
- newest/oldest (date of publication)
Click the filter button below the top bar (up to version 2.3.0: next to the search bar) and click the respective option.
